Also if you need to welcome someone, you only need to welcome them if they have created a user page and have done an edit, though this is optional. Otherwise, there are many new accounts being created here, some never edit anything at all. You will see them created and do nothing.

@WZA784 Hi, I have seen you are dropping words "References" in articles, can you use "Umboni" kapena "Zolemba" instead? Chifukwa mau oti reference ali m'chingelezi, choncho nde kuti Wikipedia yathu ikhala yosakaniza ndi ziyankhulo zina. Also, it will be okay if you can't manage this, others will change it.

Yes i know english also but my english is little bit weak thats why i used to edit Chichewa language i will fix all the article. And replace references with Umboni or Zolemba

You are inserting empty "references" in articles.

This is not recommended. Only put references when there is information about references.

Also, its not just about having many edits, its about knowing what you are doing.

You can only put 'reference" if you have some reference information. The writers who created some of the articles you are adding empty did not have reference data that is why they did not put "reference".

I suggest it's good to add information slowly when you have time.

You should not put reference without adding reference data, because it's hard to come back when you want to change it.

If you make many unconstructive edits (edits that are not helpful) , you might get banned/blocked. This can be done by an admin or Wikipedia robots. But as far as you started editing, there is nothing really wrong that you have done, in fact you are doing great work.

Also know, what you are doing here is seen by anyone. Just because no one is contacting you on your talk page doesn't mean your actions are not being watched by everyone.

@WZA784 Rights are assigned by bureaucrats, but there are rights assigned by admins too. I can do that if you tell me to. This right is "IP Block Exemptions". IP Block Exemptions is a right that lets you not to get blocked or affected by automatic processes and robots that blocks you when you edit somehow.

About Extended confirmed users, no, you can't get extended confirmed rights from any admin on any Wikipedia. It's a right that comes to you automatically after you keep editing and you have reached 500 edits.

But your account is very new.

It's only 2 days old (you signed up the day before yesterday).

All your global edits are only 155 in total, having 143 edits here on Nyanja and 12 other edits on wikidata (at the time I am writing this).

You are too new to ask for those rights.

Again, you have 0 edits on English Wikipedia, so how could you seek rights on a wiki with no edit history on it?

Do you have another account that you use there?

To be an admin here, you need to have a lot of editing experience and should have edits more than 4,000 edits globally.

It is not easy, as it needs time.

If you want edit experience, edit on English Wikipedia too. It will open your eyes. You will be best.
